Deleting a document
You may delete individual documents from your vault at any time. Deleted documents are removed from your active vault immediately; copies may persist temporarily in storage or backups until routine purging completes.
Deleting your account
You can delete your account and stored documents from Settings, or contact support from your account email. We process verified requests and remove your personal data and documents; certain records may be retained where required for legal, security, fraud-prevention, or accounting purposes.
Exporting your data
Before deleting, you can export a copy of your data from Settings.
